If you need to return or exchange an item, please ensure it is in brand new, unused, and unworn condition, with all relevant tags attached, within 7 days of receiving the delivery. Fragrance and personalized items are not eligible for return.

When returning or exchanging your VENTIGA piece, please make sure the security tag has not been removed if your item was sent with one. Your piece must be in perfect condition and returned in its original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration (engraved, embossed, resized, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged. All returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted.

Please note that you will be refunded for the returned products only, the initial shipping charges will not be refunded.
